Salmon Bites:
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:

Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Marinate salmon bites in half of the mixture for 15–30 minutes.
- Cook the Salmon: Cook marinated salmon in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side. Add remaining marinade, simmer until thickened.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
Notes
- For crispier salmon, dredge in cornstarch before cooking.
- This recipe can be made in an air fryer at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
