Description

Salmon Bites:

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • sliced green onions
  • sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Marinate salmon bites in half of the mixture for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Salmon: Cook marinated salmon in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side. Add remaining marinade, simmer until thickened.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice, noodles, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For crispier salmon, dredge in cornstarch before cooking.
  • This recipe can be made in an air fryer at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
