- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water (optional for thickening)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. If you prefer a thicker dressing, stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Stir in sesame seeds if using.
