- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice

- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease if needed.
