Crescent Roll Ring:
- 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Jalapeño Popper Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
Optional Toppings:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange on baking sheet in a circle with overlapping wide ends.
- Add Filling: Spoon the jalapeño popper filling around the center ring and fold the dough over the filling.
- Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the dough with beaten egg and add optional toppings.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
- To make it spicier, keep some jalapeño seeds or add hot sauce to the filling.
