Description

This Jalapeño Popper Crescent Roll Ring is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines the flavors of jalapeño poppers in a fun, shareable ring form. Creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of spicy, it’s perfect for parties or game day gatherings.

Crescent Roll Ring:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Jalapeño Popper Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg, beaten

Optional Toppings:

  • extra shredded cheese
  • sliced jalapeños
  • more bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange on baking sheet in a circle with overlapping wide ends.
  4. Add Filling: Spoon the jalapeño popper filling around the center ring and fold the dough over the filling.
  5. Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the dough with beaten egg and add optional toppings.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
