Description
These Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Rolls are a delicious and easy appetizer perfect for any occasion. Flaky crescent roll dough is filled with a spicy cream cheese mixture, bacon, and cheddar, then baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients
Scale
Crescent Roll Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1–2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling near the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly, tucking in the sides slightly to prevent leaking.
- Bake: Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use pickled jalapeños for a milder flavor.
- Add extra cheddar on top before baking for extra cheesiness.
- Perfect for parties or game day snacks.
