Jello Layers

- 1 cup light whipped topping
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello Mix: In a medium bowl, dissolve each 3 oz box of Jello mix into 1 cup of boiling water, stirring thoroughly until fully blended.
- Cool Jello Mixture: Stir in 1 cup of cold water for each Jello flavor to cool the mixture and prepare for setting.
- Set Jello Layers: Layer the different flavored Jello mixtures into a shallow dish or ice cube tray, then refrigerate for about 4 hours until firm and fully set.
- Combine Ice Cream Ingredients: Cut each Jello layer into cubes, then combine the cubes with softened sherbet and light whipped topping in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
- Freeze to Solidify: Transfer the blended mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully solidified and scoopable.
