Description

These Keto Garlic Rolls are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional dinner rolls. Made with a cheesy fathead dough and infused with garlic butter, they are perfect for anyone following a keto or gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheese Dough:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
  3. Prepare Dough: In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms (it may be sticky; knead with damp hands if needed).
  4. Shape Rolls: Divide dough into 10 equal portions and shape into rolls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Brush half of this mixture over the rolls.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Finish: Brush with the remaining garlic butter mixture before serving warm.

Notes

  • These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
  • You can add Italian seasoning or extra cheese for variation.
  • Great as a side for soups, salads, or keto pasta dishes.
