			Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie:
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
 - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
 - 1/2 banana
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
 - 1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice
 - 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
 - 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
 
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Add the kiwi, strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and juice to a blender.
 - Blend: Blend on high until smooth.
 - Sweeten: Taste and add honey if more sweetness is desired.
 - Thicken: Add ice and blend again if a thicker smoothie is preferred.
 - Serve: Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
 
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or omit yogurt entirely and add more fruit juice.
