- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through and well glazed.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot in rice bowls, lettuce wraps, tacos, or over noodles.
