- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Serving:
- 4 warm pita breads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Lamb: Mix ground lamb with oregano, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
- Warm Pita: Heat pita bread in a skillet or oven.
- Assemble Gyros: Spread tzatziki on pita, top with lamb, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve.
