Lemon Layer:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
Topping:
- 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F. Combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar for the crust. Press into a baking dish and bake.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Mix Lemon Layer: Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
