  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Lemon Layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk

Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 350°F. Combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar for the crust. Press into a baking dish and bake.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
  3. Mix Lemon Layer: Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Add Topping: Top with whipped topping and garnish with lemon zest. Chill before slicing into bars.
