			Meringue:

 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
 
Additional:
- 1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)
 - Fresh berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Prepare Meringue: Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar to form stiff peaks. Bake meringues and let cool.
 - Whip Cream: Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
 - Assemble Parfaits: Break meringues, layer whipped cream, meringue pieces, lemon curd, and berries in serving glasses. Repeat layers and top with cream, berries, and mint.
 - Serve immediately for a crisp texture or refrigerate for a softer texture.
