Ingredients

Scale

Brownie Mix Cookies:

  • 1 box (18–20 oz) brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cookie dough: In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, nuts, and M&Ms.
  3. Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
  4. Cool and enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
