Main Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked lobster meat, cut into large chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood stock
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Liquid Ingredients: Pour in white wine and stock, bringing to a simmer. Add lemon juice and capers; simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Finish the Dish: Gently fold in lobster meat and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until warmed through. Remove from heat, stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter until melted, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.
