Shrimp:
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Mango Jalapeño BBQ Sauce:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mango Jalapeño BBQ Sauce: To make the sauce, blend mango, jalapeño, ketchup, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer in a saucepan until thickened.
- Grilling Shrimp: Preheat grill. Toss shrimp with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side. Brush with mango jalapeño BBQ sauce during the last minute.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

- You can adjust the heat level by using more or less jalapeño.
- This dish can also be broiled or sautéed.
