Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Additional:
- 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add chicken broth, then stir in cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine: Slice chicken, add it back to the skillet with cooked pasta. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with basil or parsley and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and add a bit of the oil to the sauce.
