Description

These Marry Me Cookies are a delightful combination of white and milk chocolate chips, butterscotch, pecans, and coconut in a chewy, buttery cookie. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
  5. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in white and milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans, and coconut.
  6. Bake: Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool: Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
