Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Add Mix-Ins: Stir in white and milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans, and coconut.
- Bake: Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes until golden.
- Cool: Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
