Mac & Cheese:
- 2 cups prepared mac & cheese (homemade or boxed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: a splash of milk for extra creaminess
Additional:
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for grilling)
- Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, green onions
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Prepare Mac & Cheese: Cook mac & cheese according to preferred recipe. For extra creaminess, add milk and extra shredded cheese.
- Assemble Tacos: Layer shredded cheddar, mac & cheese, and ground beef on tortillas. Fold in half.
- Grill Tacos: Melt butter in a skillet, grill tacos until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Top with pickles, ketchup, mustard, or green onions.
