- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Add Oats and Raisins: Stir in oats and raisins.
- Bake: Spread dough in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool and Cut: Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- You can substitute chocolate chips or dried cranberries for raisins.
- For chewier bars, slightly underbake and cool in the pan.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
