  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to wet mixture.
  4. Add Oats and Raisins: Stir in oats and raisins.
  5. Bake: Spread dough in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
