Filling:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add melted butter, mashed banana, salt, and egg. Mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up and cut into rolls.
- Rising and Baking: Place rolls in a baking dish. Let rise for 30–40 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
