Chicken Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs: Brown the meatballs in olive oil in a skillet. Pour marinara sauce over them, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
