Description

Chicken Meatballs:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
