Description

  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

For Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through.
