Feta Rolls:
- 6 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- 6 oz block feta cheese, cut into 6 sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional)
- pinch of black pepper
Chili Honey:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2–1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Feta Rolls: Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface, brush with oil, fold in half lengthwise, place feta stick, sprinkle with pepper and herbs, roll tightly, and brush with more oil. Repeat for all rolls.
- Bake: Place rolls on baking sheet seam-side down and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Make Chili Honey: Warm honey, chili flakes, and salt in a saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle warm honey over baked feta rolls before serving. Enjoy immediately!
