Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin or financier molds.
- Brown Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan until golden brown and nutty, about 4–5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool slightly.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk powdered sugar, almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare Batter: Lightly whisk egg whites until frothy. Combine with vanilla and dry ingredients. Fold in browned butter.
- Fill Molds: Spoon batter into molds, top with peach slices, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
