 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
 
Instructions
- Peel the banana: Peel the banana and add it to a blender.
 - Add ingredients: Add the peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
 - Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
