For the smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, pineapple juice, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired. Blend again briefly.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with extra coconut or a pineapple wedge if desired.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, omit the Greek yogurt or use a non-dairy alternative.
- To make it a tropical smoothie bowl, reduce the liquid slightly and top with granola, sliced banana, and coconut flakes.
