Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), egg, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until a thick dough forms.
