Enjoy a deliciously creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake Latte that combines the rich flavors of espresso, pumpkin pie spices, and cheesecake syrup, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Perfectly customizable for hot or iced versions, this cozy latte is a seasonal favorite for pumpkin lovers.

Ingredients

Scale

Espresso Base

  • 2 shots (2.5 ounces / 75 ml) espresso, freshly brewed

Milk and Syrups

  • 8 ounces (240 ml) milk, your choice of dairy or plant-based (almond, oat, etc.)
  • ½1 tablespoon (7.5 – 15 ml) Torani Cheesecake Syrup

Flavor and Garnish

  • Torani Pumpkin Pie Sauce, for drizzling inside the cup and on top
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

Optional

  • Ice, as desired for iced version

Instructions

  1. Brew Espresso: Prepare 2 shots of freshly brewed espresso using your espresso machine or preferred brewing method.
  2. Prepare Your Cup: Drizzle Torani Pumpkin Pie Sauce inside the cup to coat the sides, adding a sweet and spiced flavor to each sip.
  3. Mix Ingredients Together: In the cup, combine the brewed espresso with the Torani Cheesecake Syrup. Add 8 ounces (240 ml) of your chosen milk and stir thoroughly to blend all the flavors. For an iced latte, add ice to your preferred amount before mixing.
  4. Add Whipped Cream: Top your latte generously with whipped cream to add luscious creaminess and texture.
  5. For a Hot Version: After mixing the espresso, syrup, and milk, gently warm the latte if needed, then drizzle additional Torani Pumpkin Pie Sauce on top along with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for garnish. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make an iced version, add ice before mixing ingredients and use cold milk.
  • Adjust the amount of Torani Cheesecake Syrup based on desired sweetness.
  • Use plant-based milk alternatives for a vegan or lactose-free option.
  • Freshly brewed espresso is recommended for the best flavor.
  • Warm the latte gently if making the hot version to avoid burning the milk.
