			Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
 
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
 - 1 egg (for egg wash)
 - 1 tablespoon milk
 - Extra powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pastry: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the cream cheese filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Assemble the bites: Roll out the puff pastry, cut into squares, add cream cheese mixture and raspberries, fold corners, and seal.
 - Brush with egg wash and bake: Whisk the egg with milk to make an egg wash. Brush each bite and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
 - Finish and serve: Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
 
Notes
- You can substitute raspberries with other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or a small spoonful of jam.
 - Best served warm but can be stored in an airtight container and reheated briefly.
