  • 8 oz uncooked rotini or penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute, then drain any excess fat. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and heavy cream. Stir well.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours. Add pasta, cook for another 30–40 minutes until tender.
