1/2 cup

Smoked Salmon:

4 ounces, sliced into strips

Unsalted Butter:

2 tablespoons

Garlic:

2 cloves, minced

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Salt:

1/4 teaspoon

Chives or Parsley:

chopped for garnish

Lemon Wedges:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water, then drain.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk eggs, Parmesan, cream, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cook the Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add pasta, pour in egg mixture slowly, toss to coat without scrambling eggs. Add pasta water if needed. Fold in salmon.
