			Pasta:
- 8 oz short pasta (such as farfalle or rotini)
 
Dressing:
- 6 oz cold-smoked salmon (flaked or chopped)
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp lemon zest
 - 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
 
Add-ins:
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
 - 1/2 cup cucumber (deseeded and diced)
 - 1/4 cup capers (drained)
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water.
 - Prepare Dressing: Whisk together sour cream, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, zest, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Combine Ingredients: Mix pasta, smoked salmon, red onion, cucumber, and capers in the dressing.
 - Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with dill or lemon wedges.

- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayo.
