Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Chicken:
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Let the sauce thicken in the pan. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with rice or noodles.
