- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
For the Dressing:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, pineapple, red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, and green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled as a side or on top of tacos, burgers, or grilled meats.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
