- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Additional:
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing and brushing)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Spinach Filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté. Add spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until wilted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in feta cheese.
- Assemble the Rolls: Roll out puff pastry, spread spinach mixture, leaving a border. Roll up tightly, slice into pieces. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
