			Frozen Strawberry Mix:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
 - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
 
Liquid and Dairy:
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
 - 1/2 cup pineapple juice
 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Additional:
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
 
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Add frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
 - Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
 - Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of strawberry or pineapple if desired.
 
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, reduce the pineapple juice slightly or add more frozen fruit.
 - To make it vegan, use a dairy-free yogurt alternative.
