Description

Strawberry Pretzel Salad is a classic summer dessert that combines sweet, salty, and creamy flavors in every bite. The crunchy pretzel crust, creamy cream cheese layer, and fruity strawberry topping make this chilled treat a perfect addition to any potluck or gathering.

Cream Cheese Layer:

Strawberry Topping:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

  1. Prepare Pretzel Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over pretzel crust and chill.
  3. Prepare Strawberry Topping: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sliced strawberries and pour over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 4 hours.
