Description

Indulge in the viral TikTok Spaghetti, a creamy and comforting baked pasta dish that’s a hit with the whole family. Layers of creamy spaghetti, savory meat sauce, and gooey cheese come together to create a satisfying meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Spaghetti:

    1 pound spaghetti

Meat Sauce:

1 pound ground beef, 1/2 cup diced onion, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce

Creamy Mixture:

8 oz cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (optional)

Cheese Topping:

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

    Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the meat sauce: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Make the creamy mixture: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta cheese until smooth. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Layer the dish: Spread half of the creamy spaghetti mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat the layers.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, use spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef. This dish can be assembled ahead of time and baked later.
