Description

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth. Add the chopped chicken, celery, red onion, carrots, and herbs. Mix until everything is well coated.
  2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and divide the shredded lettuce and chicken salad evenly among them. Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  3. Toast the Wraps: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray. Place each wrap seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and toasted.
  4. Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm or at room temperature for a delicious, easy meal.
