Ingredients
Scale
Fruits
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Liquids and Dairy
- 3/4 cup coconut water or pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
Sweeteners (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender: Place the frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, banana, coconut water or pineapple juice, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lime juice into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all fruit and yogurt are fully incorporated.
- Adjust sweetness and consistency: Taste your smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more coconut water or juice and blend briefly again.
- Serve immediately: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve right away for the freshest flavor. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lime or fresh fruit for visual appeal and extra zest.
Notes
- Convert this smoothie to a smoothie bowl by reducing the liquid slightly and topping with granola, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit.
- Use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup to make a vegan-friendly version.
- Frozen fruits help keep the smoothie chilled and thick without needing additional ice.
- Adjust the sweetness naturally by adding more or less honey or maple syrup according to taste and dietary preferences.
