Red Onion:
1/4 cup, thinly sliced
Feta Cheese:
1/4 cup, crumbled
Toasted Sliced Almonds or Pecans:
1/4 cup
Avocado:
1 ripe, sliced
Dressing:
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, strawberries, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta, nuts, and avocado.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
